请教亲爱的小白兔和各位高手， EAD到底有没有grace period

EAD 过期，renew 的在nsc递进去两个多月了死活又没有下来。公司不让工作， 在论坛上问了问，有人说根据i-9 employment handbook part 8, 可以有90 天grace period, 又有人说有180 天grace period. 还有的说一天也不行，不能有gaps. 我是彻底晕了，不知道到底哪个是对的。请小白兔和各位高手指点一下
