is that 50/50?

My husband brought our house in California before we got married with his parents on title, so three people were on the title, two years later we added my name on the title after we married. Five years later his parents agreed to remove their names from the title.

Just for my information, because he did brought this house before our marriage, but now it is our two\'s property. if we do decide to divoice, how do we split this house, is that 50/50?
