今天收到美国海关寄给我的一封信

我看了一下, 06年底进的关. 我自己连东西是什么都不知道. 猜想是那段时间进过的一批服装的一部分. 可是我已经收到货了.

请教诸位

1. 我怎么知道这批是什么东西
2. 不理睬有什么后果? (那张纸上写着this is not a bill no action requires)
3. 不理睬的话, 是不是意味着, 这批货如果没有被拍卖到500多, 我就要往里面贴钱?
4. 理睬的话, 是不是花500多块钱就可以赎出来?
5. all in all, 最坏的情况是什么
