客家小吃 - 算盘子


有点班门弄斧了!今天做了樱班,叶班做过的算盘子,总算又消灭了一个大芋头!

用二杯芋头丁,加点水微波炉里转熟,压成泥

加一碗太白粉

用的是金蘭牌子的太白粉

一点点地加热水,揉成芋泥面

搓成小园子,然后做成算盘子,俺的怎么看都不大像算盘子,倒像顶小帽子。哈哈!

一锅水煮开后加算盘子煮熟

煮熟后的算盘子捞出泡在冷水里备用Image Hosting by PictureTrail.com
油锅里将肉丝,青椒,红椒,菜梗,鸡蛋分别炒熟盛出。
再将滤干的算盘子入油锅加鲜酱油炒炒

再将熟肉丝,青椒,红椒,菜梗,鸡蛋倒入锅里炒匀。
好了!比二位班长的差点,不过糊弄俺家LD还是绰绰有余滴~~
