One reason of downside market

I thought one reason of this downside market, is based on the fact that

MOST INVESTORS are trying to avoid the potential enlarging losses before

annual report announcement,which will be held in this month, since they

had perceived that there existed considerable losses in Q4 and also

worrried about the possibility of Crisis in the future.

Therefore, maybe there exist some opportunities for investing in

Some Specific Stocks.
