AIGA, the professional association for design, asked designers from across the United States to create nonpartisan posters that would encourage the American public to participate in the electoral process, and to vote for a presidential candidate.
The following designs appeared among 50,000 posters created for the 2004 campaign. The initiative which began in 2000, will soon be accepting submissions for this years 2008 campaign. Here are some of my favorites to get your ideas flowing. As the AIGA put it “Good design makes choices clear”.
