That's what we wrote last night, it's painstakingly slow for us to write in Chinese, but I will keep trying to use it.
Since last fall, we found a good way to exercise, we walk backwards, not sure about all the benefits, but I do feel and truelly is that my waist shrinked, my husband feels the same thing. As long as weather allowes, we will walk around a golf course nearby, about 2 miles in 40 minutes after dinner, feel very good and refreshed after it.
We think that backward walking helps you to exercise those body parts you don't use in your normal walk, must benefit you, but don't know the theory part, if anybody knows anything, can you please share with us?
