昨天忙的吃的-泰式烤鸡脯餐,

天热就想做简单的吃, BBQ就很方便, 不用烧炉头, 屋里也凉快一点.

泰式烤鸡脯-

腌酱:


3 TB-鱼露,
1TB-糖,
1 tsp-胡椒粉,
1TB-咖哩粉,
1TB-蒜泥,
1TB-芫茜茎,
1tsp-辣椒粉,
½ cup- 椰奶,
2TB- 柠檬汁,


鸡脯肉用腌酱泡过夜, 用BBQ grill, 中火烤15-20 分钟, 就熟了.

凉拌黄瓜-

拌汁: 鱼露, 糖, 柠檬汁, 蒜泥, 香菜, 辣椒, 胡萝卜丝,

再来个北海道土司- 清水MM的方子改过的.

北海道牛奶土司 (直接法)

材料

高粉540g 低粉60g 酵母10g 糖80g 鹽9g 鷄蛋一個
鮮牛奶250g 動物性鮮奶油heavy whipping cream150g


做法

1.將全部材料放入面包机,先放液体,最后放干粉, 再最后放孝母粉, (这是面包机的程序)
2.开机用发面挡,dough cycle,
3.约两小时,就好了,取出面团,
4.分割成6份,用两个面包烤盘,我没称过大小,不是很匀,你试着称一下,等份匀一点.
5.滾圓,再用杆面仗杆成长条,象鞋底一样, 再卷起来,
6.依次放入土司模內。再发酵。
7.麵團膨脹至八分滿,约50分钟, 刷一層蛋液(鸡蛋打散)。移至烤箱內。
8.預熱完340F度。烤30分鐘。

很简单, 我的面包机是象牌,有预热程序,你如果没有,把液体放微薄炉热半分钟,大约是90F度,倒入机器.

再来个柠檬戚风蛋糕 - 是 Williams-Sonoma 的方子,很成功,很好吃.

我蛋糕里少放半杯糖, glaze 里也少放一杯汤, 所以蛋糕和glaze 都颜色淡很多.
