丑小鸭变天鹅【双色小馒头】


周末爬梯(爬梯改革“四菜一汤”)想露一手,挑了小小爱那可人的双色馒头开试,一试竟砸锅了。爬梯在即,时不俺待,只好赶着丑小鸭上架,端出去丢人现眼了。小馒头虽说长的不咋的,味道却还不错,得到若干朋友的追捧。俺爬梯结束时是捧着空盆子回来滴,并未给小爱师傅脸上抹的太黑。哈哈~~

这是俺端去爬梯的丑小鸭馒头

看看是怎么整制出来的

材料:牛奶1.5杯,糖4大勺,Bread machine yeast 1.5小勺,面粉4杯(中筋),Chocolate syrup 2 大勺

制作步骤:牛奶先在微波炉里加温30秒后

与二大勺糖和Yeast一同倒入面包机,静置5~6分钟

yeast活跃起来之后加入面粉及剩下之糖,开机发面

面发好之后,奇粘无比,恐是没按小爱的高筋面方子,用的是中筋面粉

揪出三分之一面团,分次拌入巧克力浆

间中需不断加入干面粉(大约2~3大勺)

揉成巧克力面团

开始对付剩下的一滩粘手面,撒下大量干面

竟然也给擀成了长方形,不过别指望能把这块面片移出去

只好另取一张斩板,擀平巧克力面

这团面较干,可以拎到白面上
