1 lb. ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sticky rice (It also called Nuo Mi and can be found in any Asia Market)
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoon water

  1. Soak rice into hot water for about 15 minutes, then drain out water
Meatball
  1. Mix corn starch and water, then add to meat
  2. Add and mix the rest of ingredients with meat (It would be better to use blender to mix)
  3. Make round shaped meatballs
  4. Coat the meatballs with sticky rice
Place the meatballs into steamer for about 20-25 minutes or until rice becomes crystal clear
