2 snow crab legs
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp chopping fresh gingerroot
4 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
1 tbsp corn starch
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp rice wine or white wine
Cut the crab into smaller pieces from the under belly. Discard the shell, gills and stomach sac.
Place the crab meat into a bowl.
Mix the wine, cornstarch, and egg. Pour the mixture over the crab meat and marinate for about 20 minutes.
Preheat the pan and olive oil and stir-fry the crab with the finely chopped ginger for about 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and sugar. Blend well and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 3 minutes, then sprinkle with sesame oil.
Serve.
