在空气烘干

用三杯白糖,一杯水,玫瑰花瓣 (我用了六朵大玫瑰花)

放在一起用小火煮滾,之后再煮十分钟

把糖浆和玫瑰花瓣格开,待涼,放在雪柜可保全一到兩星期

Sxjj的红豆栗形烧,真的很好吃,剛好做了黑豆沙,所以家里什么材料都有.

材料: 鸡蛋 1个,奶油 1Tablespoon (15克), 糖 2teaspoon (40克),麦芽糖 1teaspoon (8克) 泡打粉 baking powder 1/2 teaspoon (2克), 低筋粉 3/4杯 (120克)(我做了四份=80粒).
我是用公制单位.
做法:
面粉,baking powder一起过筛
鸡蛋,奶油,麦芽糖,糖一起放在盆里,隔着热水,融化搅拌均匀。
加入蛋糊,搅拌成均匀面团。尽量以最少的搅拌完成面团。
用保鲜纸包起面团,放入冰箱冷藏松弛30分钟。
拿出面团,分成20等份。包入豆沙馅。
包好后刷上蛋黄,洒上白芝麻.(我只用芝麻)
预热370F (200C)的烤箱,烤12-15分钟。
