【周末小零嘴】随意巧果


好久没做巧果了,这周末没爬梯,待在家里自由发挥做了些随意巧果。

记得婆婆做的巧果只用面粉,芝麻,鸡蛋,糖,水和油,口感硬脆。俺的随意版又加了Cream Cheese和Baking Powder,口感酥脆。具体材料比例已在俺的不断随意中迷失,(最初材料比例:面粉2杯,水半杯,糖三大勺,芝麻一大勺,鸡蛋一个,后来又加了些Cream Cheese,油,baking powder,面粉)不过面团揉好之后巧果的制作过程,俺还是一步不拉的拍了下来以便存档立案。

面团做好后,分成几小块

老公儿子与俺的巧果有“深仇大恨”。一天不到,可怜的巧果就被全部彻底地消灭光了。
