回复weandwe的评论:Thank you for the useful information. We most likely will settle in Millburn/Shorthills or Chatham if we decided to move to NJ. We are going to take a look of schools and houses in NJ again next month.

1. Some towns have no its own high schools, but share top high schools with others:
Short Hill uses Millburn's high school.
Boonton township(not Boonton town) uses Mountain Lake's high school.
If your kids is close to high school age, you can broaden your search area.
2. There are two major commuter train lines to NYC. ( you can check NJ transit's website). Most of the towns along the lines have higher values and good school systems.
3. You can check Morris county's tax/sold information/tax map at:
http://mcweb1.co.morris.nj.us/TaxBoard/SearchTR.jsp
The tax map is good for you to see if there is any utility
lines/drainage/ sewage lines around the property.
Chatham is a very nice town in Morris county. There is a train station there to NYC.

几个大的制药公司合并后,新的一轮裁员又要开始,所以新州的房地产可能还要继续降。

Sorry not clear on what I was saying. Can't agree on "看看下面的房子,住在加州尤其是硅谷的人可能要羡慕得眼红哦!"

What can't you agree? I love Bay Area to death also. This article is about the real estate markets both in CA and NJ going down. That's obvious now. Do you agree?:)
