一年一度的美国乡村音乐学院奖颁奖典礼于昨日(April 5, 2009)在Nashville隆重举行及闭幕！乡村红人Carrie Underwood不仅蝉联年度最佳女歌手奖，还战胜众多强敌(Kenny Chesney,Brad Paisley,George Strait,Keith Urban)勇夺年度最佳艺人大奖。此外，年度最佳专辑大奖由乡村小天后Taylor Swift的大卖并广受好评专辑《Fearless》夺得。年度最佳男歌手依然由乡村大牌Brad Paisley蝉联, 而年度最佳新人奖则由乡村美女Julianne Hough 夺得。年度最佳组合方面, Rascal Flatts击败强敌Lady Antebellum, 勇夺大奖！
