最近成功的炮制了圆心MM的酱瓜,真的和店里买来的口感一模一样,又脆又香。
用的是这种小黄瓜(一包7根,14oz)

半杯多一点的金兰酱油+一大勺老抽+半杯米醋+小半杯糖+一大勺剁椒(自己发挥的)烧滚

将洗干净去头的小黄瓜放入酱汤烫二十秒后取出,架起来乘凉半小时

再将酱汤烧滚后,入黄瓜烫二十秒,乘凉半小时。再烫再凉一次(共三次)后就是这个样子了。据圆心说,这么烫过三次的黄瓜才会脆,实践证明的确如此。
