自己做健康yogurt

简单+健康

步骤:
1. 把牛奶煮沸腾( 减肥前用whole milk, 现在用1%milk)
2. 加2 teaspoon糖( 减肥前加5teaspoon的糖)
3. 静置到室温
4. 用一杯凉好的牛奶和一罐买的酸奶混合至smooth (不要有粒粒状)
5. 把4倒入3, 搅拌均匀
6. 把5倒入yogurt maker的jar
7. 5-7小时就好了
8. 放冰箱
 
Tip: 煮沸的牛奶做出来的yogurt不会watery.
