做法:
1.老豆腐一块,在微波炉里叮2分钟,把多余水倒掉,香菇切碎丁,姜切末备用。
2.鲜虾10条,剥壳去沙线,剁成泥。
3.豆腐捣成泥,用纱布挤掉一些水分,偏干一些为好,把干的豆腐泥加如虾泥,香菇丁,姜末,少许盐,料酒,味精搅上劲,然后捏成直径2. 5cm左右的丸子。
4.开油锅,小火,把丸子炸至金黄捞出就可以了。
