Sept 27 Sunday Pumped 4 times today - 18 ML milk. Delighted.  Did not take the herbs today - hate taking them. They are gigantic pills!
The trick is pump, massage breasts, pump, massage, pump, massage and then pump. Each pump, get most the milk.
Work 3 more days, I'll start taking vacation and prepare for my baby's birth. Can't wait.

Stop taking herbs today and will not take herbs any more.
