投资功课：投资者在为经济复苏做贡献，但却被政策歧视

最近看到一个房子的广告，里面有这么一段话：

During the first 15 days, this Fannie Mae property is listed, only offers from owner occupants or public entities (or their designated partners) using public funds or NSP will be considered.  Although all offers can be submitted at any time, only those that meet these guidelines will be considered within the 1st 15 days (e.g., investor offers should be submitted; however will not be considered until day 16). This property is approved for HomePath Mortgage / HomePath Renovation Mortgage.

就是说，这个房子，在上市的前十五天里，只考虑卖给自住的人或者公共基金，对投资者是不考虑的。只有在十五天以后，投资者才会被考虑。
