一周的减肥餐。

前阵子生活没有规律:吃垃圾快餐,熬夜,泡面蛋糕做宵夜,压力一大就吃疯狂吃巧克力。结果呢,一下子肥了很多,成了胖妞妞。(飙泪。。。)快要回国了,为了不在机场吓到爸妈,也为了自身的健康,最近下定决心开始减肥。要我整天都饿着我受不了,现在实行的计划是:每天早晨吃一颗小苹果,一杯脱脂麦片。中午照常吃,一碗饭,有肉有菜。晚上吃减肥餐。(委屈LG了,他只能自己买外卖或者盒饭)下面就让大家看看我这几天晚上吃的~

1. 第一天:一碗凉拌黄瓜丝儿+一壶铁观音

2. 第二天:萝卜丝儿+葡萄柚
(有点求瘦心切,萝卜丝儿都不加麻油和糖,直接蘸醋。。。)

3. 第三天:一大盘凉拌菠菜+一罐fat free酸奶

绿绿的菠菜好新鲜~,用滚水卯烫,立刻扔冰水里。

沥干,切几刀,用稀释的柴鱼酱油拌一拌,撒上芝麻。很适合夏天。

4. 第四天:粉丝拌黄瓜丝儿+两片海苔苏打

5. 第五天:4颗水饺+一小盘水煮蔬菜

6.第六天:一个小tuna wrap.

就用这种墨西哥饼皮(tortilla),放平底锅略烤一下(不烤也行)

一根西芹切碎,一个小的鲔鱼罐头加一小勺蛋黄酱,一点点青柠汁拌上。
像包春卷那样卷起来。

7.第七天:LG看我面有菜色,坚持一周至少得有一天晚上正常吃饭。
在超市买了一只烤鸡。

炒个西芹炒蛋。切一盘黄瓜丝儿。

撕几片鸡肉,加上黄瓜丝儿,葱丝儿,甜面酱,用tortilla卷上,吃吧!

除了晚上少吃,每天再蹬20分钟登山机。(好吧我老实交代,其实我只蹬了4天) 这周的成果:瘦了5磅。我的目标是再瘦10磅,加油!
