智商：的全称是智力商数，它是衡量一个人智力高低的重要指标，
它反映的是一个人智力的强弱，聪明的程度，智慧的情况。智商
一般采用（智力年龄/生理年龄）*100的智商公式进行测算。
智商的等级
140以上 天才或近于天才
120-140 智力优异
110-120 智力较高
90-110 普通智力
80-90 迟钝
70-80 介乎迟钝与低能之间
70以下 确定为智力低下
50-70分者属愚笨
25-50分者为痴呆
0-25分者为白痴
人群中95%的人的智商都在70-130之间，超过140以上的人大概在
人群的0.25%左右。
世界上最著名的高智商的名人就是超级艺术大师意大利的达·芬奇
（IQ220），他无论是在艺术领域，还是在自然科学领域，都取得
了惊人的成就。他的眼光与科学知识水平超越了他的时代，他的
传世巨作《蒙娜丽莎》油画，成为有史以来最有价值的艺术品。
高智商的人在科学和艺术方面的贡献巨大，几乎每一位大数学家，
物理学家都是智商超过160以上的天才，从牛顿到爱因斯坦，再从
开普勒到霍金，无一例外。正是由于他们的超人智商，才使他们有
能力解决旷世难题，创立学科和理论，为人类的进步和发展做
出了划时代的贡献。
而政治人物艺术名星们的智商却没有那么高，他们的成功则是智商
和情商的组合，看看下面列出的西方的政治家们，智商超过160的只
有以色列总理内塔尼亚胡，智商达到了180，之所以有这么高的智商，
一是他是犹太人，二则是他是麻省理工学院的工科毕业生。
从中国近来的历史来看，中国人的思想崇拜皇权的很多，崇拜侠义武士
的是主流，这样的文化，也许是阻碍中国科学技术发展的因素之一。
高智商的人不去钻研科学技术，却是行侠丈义或是博权弄术，对人本身
的关注很重，对自然现象的观察和研究的忽略，造成了人类技术文明在
西方的兴起，中华文明在近代落后遭列强欺辱的历史。
虽然大多数高智商的名人们都是记载在西方的文史书页之中，但是笔者
相信中国历史上的大智慧者孙武（孙子兵法），诸葛亮，吴用的智商都
是堪比歌德达芬奇的人物，中国的传世国宝《清明上河图》的画作者也
该是位大智慧者。可惜，当时的环境下，大艺术家-画家并不是被社会认
可的社会精英，所以，这幅中华文化里的精品店作者的真面目我们至今
不知其真面目。
中国人民的领袖毛泽东则是政治人物中智商奇高的一位，有178，是在
他52岁时测得的，他是大思想家，政治家，军事家，战略家，诗人，
书法大师，他的智商高于大多数历届美国总统，才有了他一生中的抗美
援朝，跟苏联在政治上绝裂的惊人决策和文化大革命的非常举动。毛泽东
的高智商和高情商也影响了他一生的足迹。
世界上现在确认的IQ最高的人是现年49岁的韩国人，名字叫做金温永
（Kim Ung-yong），他的智商别确认为210，也是基尼斯记录智商的保持
者。金温永生后4个月时开始说话，6个月时跟别人流利的交流，2岁时，
他能够阅读朝文，日文，德文和英文。他3岁学微积分，1969年11 月2日
7岁时在日本富士电视台直播中他解决了多个复杂的微积分问题，并展
示了语言天赋，用四国语言进行了演讲，还作了首诗。7岁时候访问了
NASA，15岁前获得了科罗拉多州立大学物理学博士学位。1974年开始
在NASA 进行研究工作，1978回韩国，但韩国不承认他的博士头衔，
于是继续学习，但没选择物理学而是选择了土木工程，最终获得了博士
学位。2007年在国立忠北大学CHUNGBUK NATIONAL UNIVERSITY工作。
金温永虽然拥有超人的智商，在他的人生中他确并没有成为一位科学巨匠
或艺术天才，而是指拥有了“神童”这个头衔，他现在过着普通人的生活，
也是有位有名的普通人。
可见，高智商是成为科学巨匠或艺术天才的重要因素，但不是决定因素，
成为科学巨匠或艺术天才及政治领袖的要素不只是智商一条，情商，
个人意志，教育环境，成长度环境等等因素缺一不可。
