SUMMARY:今天(8月26日星期五)开盘的利率和昨天相比,30年固定和5/1 ARM的利率回落!重新贷款41万7以下30年固定回落至4.125%,15年固定仍维持在 3.375%,5/1 ARM降为3.000%。购房贷款41万7以下30年固定利率降为4.000%,15年固定仍为3.25%,5/1 ARM降为2.625%。
