来个新的---鲍鱼两吃

冰箱里有只鲜鲍鱼都放了好久了.一直没机会拿出来消费了.今晚终于找了个机会可以大吃特吃了,那么大一只,干脆就两吃--鲍鱼排和丑菇鲍丁.


先看看撕好的丑蘑菇(Black Trumpet):

先用Butter煎香姜米,蒜米,等蒜米黄了,下葱花, 再下丑蘑菇丁,慢火煎蘑菇:

再下鲍鱼丁快速翻炒几下,出锅,太香了,用面包或馒头蘸剩下的汤汁,香!香!香!:
