爱自己在一念之间

??在高中任教前,我曾在商场上打拚自己的事业,常常因交际应酬开 XO 是家常便饭,客户的眼中我是千杯不醉,这样的好酒量也让我叱咤风云不可一世;当我沉醉在酒酣耳热之中时,却不知身体已埋下了重重的危机,浑然不知将要威胁到我的生命,而我却继续在糟蹋它,与自己的生命开玩笑。

??「天有不测风云 人有旦夕祸福」,在无预警的状况之下,有一天陪学生在教室早自修时,我突然之间不能言语,身体整个瘫痪下来,学校 紧叫救护车将我送至医院;躺在加护病房时,心想∶完了,此生我完了!孤寂的我默默地等待着家人的到来,我以一颗落寞的心,交代了许多事,如同交代后事一般。医生也以他的专业让家人了解我的状况,就是不可挽回的「急性中风」,半身不遂、颜面神经受损、口齿不清、不自主的流口水将伴随我一生,接着还会有一段很长的复健之路要走。

??听到医生所言,瞬间觉得人生至此,都是一场空呀!我突然想到念大学时,有一次突然间手脚都不能动,嘴巴也说不出话来,大约过了二十分钟后,同学已准备将我送至医院时,就突然间恢复正常了;类似这样的经验,后来又发生一次,然而我都没把它当作一回事。这次,虽然又奇迹般的恢复正常,但我真的吓到了。

??一年前因同事的推荐,有幸入太极门练功,让我的人生彻底改变了。虽然中风的阴影还不时萦绕着我,但是我把握每一次到道馆练功的机会,除用心练功外,也把师父的教诲牢记心中,「要懂得爱自己、凡事要往好处想」,所以我深信只要我努力练功,相信自己一定会好起来,一定可以摆脱中风的威胁,那些恐怖的后遗症必会 我而去。现在我的身体已慢慢修护,也能专心去做每一件事。我很感恩师父教我这厶好的养生功法,让我懂得爱惜自己。

??我重新调整自己的作息时间,除听医生的话固定看门诊、定时吃药外,我早晚练功,对于事情不再执着;这段时间我敞开心胸,尽量让自己的压力减轻,如我值周站导护时,不再是例行公事般地登记违规的同学,而是带着甜美笑容向每位进校门的学生大声道早安;学生服装仪容、礼貌上不足时,我就轻声细语的提醒他们,效果非常地好,我值周那个礼拜,学生违规事件每天逐渐减少;当我看着学生们踩着轻快的脚步,走入校园的那一刻,美好的一天将要迎接这一群好青年,心中就更踏实了。

??最近,和老友们聚餐时,过去的我喝酒一向爽快不啰唆,绝对是个好酒伴,现在的我举起杯子,想到「要懂得爱惜自己」,我怎能像过往一样,继续糟蹋自己呢?当我下定决心放下杯子时,我突然觉得轻松无比也很开心,原来举杯与放下只在一念之间呀!

??我不再是「千杯不醉」,而是时时爱惜自己,还要做学生的好榜样,中风的事,我已经不那厶在意了,因为我已经实行「爱自己」的计划,一切会越来越美好。
