《罗马书 Romans 12:19》说∶"Beloved, never take revenge, but leave it to the wrath of God. For the Scripture says: Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord."


《申命记 Deuteronomy 32:35》说∶"Vengeance is Mine, and retribution, in due time their foot will slip; for their day of calamity is near, and the impending things are hasting upon them."
