2,很好发芽,豆子泡水24-48小时,每天换2次水;然后放入一个大的盆,放在不直照阳光的地方,每天轻轻撒水1=2次,2 天就开始发芽了。

3,可以用来做汤,和米面一起煮,单炒和肉炒,凉拌,放三文治等都可以。
