未来七年要做的事们

三娃上班妈,点滴记录小世界里的真幸福

喜欢有计划,有条有理的过日子。

未来七年里,要努力做好的事们如下:

1. 自己:

  • 身体要精瘦有力并匀称(lean and fit),
  • 头脑与思维方式(mindset)要追求平衡和自我掌控(balanced and self-mastered);
  • 还要有洁净并向上的灵(pure and uplifting spirit);
  • 职业规划上,要达到自己的不高的目标(目前还差两步);
  • 在家居设计布置上继续不断努力学习和提高

2. 家庭:
  • 愉悦的,受尊敬的丈夫(feel good and free to be himself);
  • 安全而无忧虑的父母;
  • 孩子们安然成长的环境:安全,舒适,整洁,with style and taste.

3. 孩子们:

目标:体,德,智,均衡发展,为日后成为好丈夫与好父亲奠定基础
  • 富有营养而充足的食物供应他们身体发育所需(help boost their physical development);
  • 识别和选择好食物的能力;一些基本厨房技能;
  • 慢慢协助他们养成日常锻炼身体的习惯(engage them in daily exercise);
  • 发展一定的体育技能(karate, etc.)
  •  
  • 培养独立性(independence: resourcefulness and initiative, taking responsibilities)
  • 培养人格的完整性(integrity)
  • 条理性(organized, prioritized)
  • 鼓励勇敢,刻苦,坚忍与追求卓越的品质;
  • 也鼓励放松,自在与随遇而安的品质;
  • 培养价值观,从而使他们明白何为宝贵,何重何轻;
  • 家庭的观念,贤妻(noble wife)的观念。
Seven years from now, I want myself to be fit, gentle, energetic, wise, intelligent, principle centered, have a fairly good career, a well respected husband, older but happy and healthy parents, and three happy and thriving children.

I want myself to be strong enough to be able to keep silent at times, to appear fail and accept failure, and to be truly self-mastered and full of true wisdom and love.
