Phrases

1. tied up: busy doing something that you ca't stop
2. When is a good time?: when is a convenient time for you/
3. held up: delayed (延迟)
4. move something out of the way: move something so that it doesn't block you
5. upside down / right side up: with the top part at he bottom / with the top part at the top
6. no wonder : now I understand why

Examples:

1. " Please move your bicycle out of the way so I can park here"

2. " I need to talk to you, but I know you are busy. When is a good time?" 
    "How about 4 o'clock?"

3. "Sorry I'm late. I was held up at the post office. There was a long line!"

4. "Why are you so tired?"
    "I just eran 15 miles."
    "Wow! No wonder you're tired!"

5. If the number 6 is upside down, it looks like the number 9.

6. "Can you help me?" 
    "Sorry, I'm tired up right now. I'm helping another customer."
