鱼片 适量
花椒 少许
姜、蒜末 少许
白芝麻 少许
红油 适量

  4. 加入酸菜煸炒后放入适量的水，水烧开将锅里的酸菜和骨头全部捞起来放入大碗里

  5. 将水再次烧开后轻轻放入鱼片转小火，水很快煮开了，捞起来鱼片放在开始的那个装了酸菜的大碗里，然后将锅里的汤水倒入大碗里

  6. 倒上红油，放上花椒，撒上白芝麻，另起一锅放油烧十成热趁热均匀浇在表面，放上香菜即成

小贴士

喜欢吃吧辣的可以多放辣椒

喜欢吃花椒的可以把花椒放到锅里一起煮

但是花椒裹在酸菜里的话容易吃到嘴里很麻

最后一步浇油一定要把油温烧的很高，冒烟的那种，浇在菜上面“刺啦”一声的那种
