I strongly recommend the movie Seabiscuit to everyone especially the father who was so angry and mad.
In the movie, there is a one line, Charles, the owner, asked Red, the rider,“Son, what are you so mad at?. That simple line of question made Red think about his past and why he is always mad.
Sometimes, we are mad and angry not because of what has just happened, or at someone who is standing in front of us, or sitting besides us. They are simply a trigger, a trigger that ignites our anger at ourselves and our past.
I will borrow this line from the internet “Until we learn how to forgive we are haunted by our past”.
