饶院长为何被拒签？

你放弃国籍就放弃吧，还高调写了封信给美国驻北京使馆，抨击美国911以后的政策。

2011年饶还企图强迫台湾合作者改变文章署名地址的惯例，把"Taiwan, Republic of China“改成”Taiwan, China"。此事当年在美国《科学》杂志有报道，饶又一次成了科学界的新闻人物。http://www.sciencemag.org/news/2011/08/where-locate-taiwan-chinese-co-authors-disagree 

做这两件事，大概都是饶的小算盘，给天朝上层的投名状吧。可惜人算不如天算，没想到投了名还是当不上院士———内心深处，谁都不待见这种墙头草啊！结果他马上翻脸，开始抨击国内制度如何不合理，可是请问你老人家对中国科学有啥贡献呢？对生物学本身的贡献，好像也远不如施一公吧。

饶院长是个很好的反面教材，机关算尽捞好处，反而两头空。
