炒面/拌饭

近一两年来有很多网红在youtube大力追捧推荐韩国一家连锁便利商店（GS25）的一种即食酱料 - 蟹膏。一种很便宜，本地人都不太知道的东西瞬间变成中，港，台游客的必买物品，抢得所有分店都缺货，“爆买”威力可见一斑。我比较习惯吃新鲜海产，吃不得任何腥味，抱着尝试心态买了一盒蟹酱，虽然有点香味，但死咸，显然被吹大了。

用来拌饭还是过咸。。。

在另外一家超市买了一盒类似产品，虽然不太咸，但也没什么特色。拿它来炒面还行。。。

材料 ： 带子，草菇皮，玉米笋，辣椒，葱段

一盒蟹酱，一大匙沙茶酱炒宽面。。。

蟹酱虽然没什么特色，腌章鱼酱倒是有惊喜。酸辣爽脆，十分开胃可口。

即食产品有这样的水准算是交代得过去的。。。

用来做拌饭材料还不错

是不是和虾酱类似？虾酱虽然很咸，但是也非常鲜，很喜欢用它做菜
