口水鸡，真的让我流口水了How to do steamed chicken with hot pepper sauce

口水鸡是一道四川风味的凉菜，麻辣红油浸没的鲜嫩鸡块，加上丰富的佐料，集麻、辣、鲜、香、嫩于一身。在家里用鸡腿来做，操作起来很省事。

建议配方

鸡腿2个约600g，姜片 3片，花椒 10g，小火煮20分钟。

调味料：蒜15瓣，盐10g，味精1/2茶匙，白糖1茶匙，陈醋1汤匙，生抽2汤匙，花椒辣椒油（红油）150ml，芝麻油5ml。
