做法
1 虾去肠线,洗干净,沥干水。撒一点胡椒粉,可不用。裹上淀粉。
2 锅内热油,炸虾。
3 另取一锅,放少许油煸香蒜末姜末,加入辣椒粒,微微炒熟后加入炸过的虾,再放一勺椒盐,拌匀即可。
