       在监狱中，江青的生活条件也并不差，而且她还有自己的爱好，可以做她喜欢的事。据当时负责看守江青的女工作人员李红回忆，江青在狱中看起来依然很年轻，尤其是她白皙的皮肤，胜过许多同龄人，就连李红自己都自愧不如。江青在秦城监狱是住单间，房子的陈设很简单，一个20平米左右的房间，里面有卫生间，用的是马桶，这在当时许多人家庭都没有的，床是靠近地上的，铺被子显得很矮。李红回忆，当时江青还夸她长得好看，尤其是侧面很美，为此李红还特意到外面的照相馆照了个侧面的剪影，江青说她的照片好看，这张照片李红一直留着。
