SUMMARY:今天(4月13日星期一)的房贷利率稍微变差。目前重新贷款50万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率仍维持在3.25%,15年固定为2.75%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率可以做到3.125%,15年可以做到2.625%。

由于美国失业情况继续恶化,许多借款银行最近纷纷收紧贷款审核条件,如提高可贷款的最低信用分数,把Debt-To-Income ratio的要求从50%降至45%等等。这意味着在失业状况得到控制之前,房贷市场仍将面临巨大的挑战,房贷利率不会有大幅度的降低。


美联储出重手救市,房贷利率重探新低指日可待!如果你想锁定一个理想的利率,你首先应尽快选定一家贷款公司开始递交房贷申请,着手准备材料,然后就耐心等待,等到利率满意的时候再下手锁定利率。现在重新贷款的人很多,各家贷款公司都在满负荷运转;同时现在利率变好通常维持的时间很短,如果你等到利率变好的当天再下手开始申请,很有可能会贻误时机。
