SUMMARY:今天(7月21日星期二)的房贷利率价格和昨天相比基本持平。目前加州重新贷款50万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率目前最低仍可以做到2.875%,15年固定仍维持在2.5%的低点;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率降至2.75%,15年为2.375%。
