SUMMARY:今天(9月30日星期三)的房贷利率价格和昨天相比稍微变差。目前加州重新贷款51万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率目前仍为2.75%,15年固定的利率仍为2.5%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为2.75%,15年为2.375%。
