Demostratic Contacts Between Me and the New York Governmental OTDA about My Child’s P-EBT

Due to the COVID-19 first reported from Wuhan, China and then claimed by many GOVERNMENTS as a “PANDEMIC” and their policies and decisions such as public-school closure and some pandemic benefits, my child has stayed at “home” for more than a year for the so-called “remote-learning” and is entitled to the temporary food benefits from New York City and State.

In August 2020, I, the parent, received a postal mail from NYS OTDA (Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance) about the availability of P-EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer) food benefits to my NYC high-school child and the procedure to access it. At the end of 2020, the family received a reminder mail about the P-EBT benefit. Later, a family member asked me about the P-EBT and then went on to access it, but found my high-school child’s CBIC (Common Benefit Identification Card) was deemed as INVALID by the P-EBT activation system and thus used my CBIC for the child’s P-EBT purpose.

I never used my CBIC card. Recently, I logged to the set-up account on www.connectebt.com and was surprised to find the account’s tiny bit “information” even includes a government fabricated falsehood about the Issue Date of my CBIC as 08/31/2019. That elicits my anger and agony, because I have been a victim of a SERIES of STATE-TERRORISTS-ATTEMPTED-MURDERS first disguised as workplace “accidents” in a hard-labor slavery warehouse in Queens and then as “medical diagnoses and treatments” in NYC, and the New York System has been playing denying, delaying, distorting, deleting, destroying, etc, to me the victim. NYS Workers’ Compensation Board directed me to apply for social services in summer 2019, and then I went to the FRAUDULENTLY AND INSULTINGLY named “Queens Job Center” for the application of BENEFITS in Aug 2019. I did get the typical kind of governmental inefficiency, humiliation, and insult to the “unfortunate” ones. In plain language, although I was taken facial picture and fingers print on the Aug 05, 2019 application, I did NOT get any BENEFIT or a CBIC card from it. So, when I saw the government “record” of Issue Date 08/31/2019, I decided to contact OTDA, via the OTDA mail-provided email address [e-mail] on March 19, 2021 to 1) issue my CHILD a working/valid CBIC as she by “record” is benefiting from some benefits, and 2) take the never-used school-child P-EBT from my CBIC account and put into the child’s CBIC.

I didn’t notice any immediate automatic reply. Later of March 19, 2021, I received an email titled as “P-EBT automated response” which claims emphatically this email address is NOT MONITORED, and it doesn’t include my initial inquiry email. I then replied anyway and didn’t get any immediate automatic reply. The P-EBT form link in OTDA’s “automated response” led to an office.com online page, and on March 21, 2021, I followed to provide the needed info to request a CBIC replacement for my child. On March 22, 2021, I got an OTDA email reply which claims it could NOT do what I requested. I questioned why it can NOT be practically done. Then, on March 23, 2021, my phone registered a missed phone call on 04:54 pm and a corresponding voice message which told me to call [phone] for my child’s P-EBT. The SYSTEM has controlled and monitored all my electronic devices, communications, and personal moves, as I believe firmly. My phone service needed to be topped-up on March 24, 2021, and because of reasons I did not seamlessly top-up for the next 30 days. While my email inquiries were NOT responded by OTDA, it INITIATED another email titled “Trying to contact you” received at 04:27 pm, March 24, 2021, from [e-mail] , addressing me as “Good afternoon”, claiming that “Marylin Chillis has tried to contact you” and asking me to call back at [phone]. After I emailed more on March 25, 2021, and still did not get any response from OTDA by March 26, 2021, I topped-up my phone service and called [phone] on March 26, 2021, first on 12:53 pm and then on 15:08 pm. During the two calling-outs, I emailed back [e-mail], as follows:

“Good afternoon,

I just tried to contact by the phone you provided, [phone]. After a few rings, the automatic old lady voice prompt tells, "You have reached a non-working phone. Please do not leave any personal information on this line. Thank you." Then it's is the beep for me to leave a voice message which is a brief of SILENCED.

I will try again to see how the New York System's working or non-working. By the way, do I have the right to have a family? do I have the right to NOT be MURDER-ATTEMPTED by STATE TERRORISM through all possible venues?

My second calling-out had the same kind of “nonworking” “automated” “response” from such a SYSTEM.

 

I had not used such SARCASTIC or ANGRY tone in the beginning, even by this stage in my initial email to OTDA about the practically presumed easy matter. But, the “democratic” SYSTEM again and again is proven NOT working for the “humans” even on this USA-directly-controlled land. Instead, some other parties of this SYSTEM came to “contact” me on their “SERVICE” of “TERMINATION” Notice on my rent-place, again and again, during these few days. It has been a premeditated and coordinated harassment, threat, torture, and attempted-murder, never ever ending.

 

If it had NOT been such a COVID-19 pandemic FRAUD generated by the USA-China hybrid system through a “collaborated” virus research between USA and China, my family, and particularly my case of being murder-attempted injuries, would NOT have been affected by the so-called COVID-19. The professional murderers, aka state terrorists, have been trying to shroud the COVID-19 onto the serious injuries my brain, spine, and all the rest of body have sustained primarily or secondarily.

 

While the ones in governmental or “medical” positions may have been tremendously benefited such a declared COVID-19 “pandemic”, via “records” and “laws”, many bottom-classes humans, like my family, might have suffered tremendous difficulties, even professional murders under the shroud of “COVID-19”, what share of BENEFITS such a SYSTEM can allow to the RULED and RUINED mass? Beyond the government-sourced difficulty on my child’s P-EBT benefit, my family still have NOT got any bit of the second or third stimulus checks. From the real-life atrocities of real humans on the American soil, what kind of “aids”, especially “food aids”, “medical aids”, from such a SYSTEM would practically be accessible to these who persistently and constantly suffer from PREDATORS’ wars and plunders? Why such kind of SYSTEM can not be REMOVED from the human world? I think it’s just the predators hold to power by brutal power and delicate fraud.

 

To telltale what kind of governmental, medical, and legal hybrid system of murderous fraud is: in the most recent Virtual Hearing on January 25, 2021, such SYSTEMIC HUMANSCUMS even MANIPULATED the phone calls to first try preventing registering me in for the virtual hearing and then meticulously mess up the phone voice quality. Such PROFESSIONAL HUMANSCUMS were blaming such LOUSY TELEPHONIC DEPOSITION on ME THE VICTIM. To particularly point out here, THE EVIL SYSTEM STAGES THE COMPLETE FRAUD OF “ATTENDING DOCTOR” “DR. BENJAMIN S. UH” FROM THE VERY BEGINNING.
