大家好，今天来分享一款用柠檬酱夹心，做的古早味蛋糕，一款绵软湿润，入口即化含有柠檬香味的蛋糕

柠檬酱所需要的食材有：
柠檬皮  15g
柠檬汁 80g
糖  5-g
蛋黄 2个
鸡蛋 2个
 
古早味蛋糕需要的食材有：
低筋面粉
糖 60g
牛奶 50g
柠檬汁 15g
鸡蛋 5个
油 60g
 
 
 
 
 
古早味有怀旧的味道，是闽南地区的方言，通过烫面，水浴的方法来制作蛋糕，是在戚风蛋糕的基础上延伸出来的版本，但是口感与戚风蛋糕完全不同，轻盈的口感，特别湿润！ 也叫抖臀蛋糕，松软有弹力！
