--乌克兰总统泽连斯基3月24日签署法令

《克里米亚自治共和国和塞瓦斯托波尔市临时占领区的解放与回归战略》，

指令内阁及相关机构制定措施执行，乌俄双方向顿巴斯地区大量增兵，

乌克兰国防部声称俄罗斯对乌部队阵地发起了数起导弹等重型武器袭击
