Zhongshan Mountain, or Purple Mountain. The three peaks of this historical mountain range are connected and look like giant dragons. It has not only nourished many writers and calligraphers but also served as a resting place for historical figures such as Sun Quan, Zhu Yuanzhang, and Sun Yat-sen.

Today, Purple Mountain, the highest geographical point in Nanjing, has been called as "City of Emperors".

From the moment that the designer Chen Wei-Xin first entered the mountain, he fell in love with the place, and he longed to do something for this gorgeous place.

After more than ten years of conception, his six design projects were completed in five years and were scattered throughout the Purple Mountain.

Through his works, he brought more people to Zijinshan and achieved his communication with the mountain. Chen Wei-xin believes that people seem to live in space, but in fact they live in time. During one's life, it is important to be connected with the city and leave footprints.

Apart from design, he wrote poems, essays, calligraphy, and love Peking opera. He even got a chef's certificate when he was designing a restaurant for Zhang Jiajia. These seemingly "useless" thing
