1)家长应多给孩子调配营养餐食,最好做到九大类膳食俱全:谷类、根茎、菌菇、海藻、蔬果、鱼虾蟹贝、豆制品、奶制品、禽蛋肉食皆全,变着花样做,保证营养。此外,还要少食坚硬、生冷、油腻、油炸、辛辣的食物,以免脾胃运化失常。

 

 

2)2020年,美国《营养学杂志》刊登的研究则指出,核桃可以促进肠道有益菌类的生长,改善肠道健康,长期有助于降低心血管疾病风险。有益于肠道益生菌生长的最佳食物,要数kefir酸奶,因其含有活体益生菌;如果自制的,不需要添加糖分或增稠剂;营养丰富,主要是大多数蛋白质都分解为小肽或氨基酸了。
