SUMMARY:今天(10月15日星期五)房贷二级市场的利率价格和昨天相比掉头变差。目前30年固定的零费用重贷利率仍勉强维持在3.125%,15年固定为2.375%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为3.000% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 3.025%),15年固定为2.125% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 2.153%)。
