    一直喜欢吃香香脆脆的芝麻饼，在上海的时候经常买功德林的，小小的一罐还不便宜呢！现在自己来做，非常简单，成本也是非常的便宜。自己做的另一个好处是，可以控制糖量，甜度由自己调整！

材料Ingredients（22-25片）

蛋白Egg white 3pcs
油 Cooking Oil 30g
低粉 Cake flour 50g
芝麻 Sesame 100g
糖 Sugar 48g

*视频中用的烤箱带有热风功能，所以可以多盘一起烤，用的温度是320°（160°C),12分钟左右。当看到薄脆的颜色变成金黄色后就可以出炉了。

*如果你的烤箱没有热风功能，请一盘一盘烤。

*烤盘是不沾的，如果你没有不沾烤盘，请在烤盘上铺上烘焙纸。
