2022年新年第一天，买到好大个的青口，做了又嫩又鲜美的蒜蓉豉汁蒸青口，一道做法很简单，味道特鲜美的海鲜菜，用美食开始新的一年！也借此【感谢私坛的朋友们】一年来对我的鼓励和支持！祝大家新的一年，一切如意、安好！

所需原料：
主料
青口约700克
配料
大蒜两头
小米椒3～4个
豆豉10克
调味料
蚝油 2茶匙
海鲜酱 1茶匙
鱼露 2茶匙
白糖 1/3茶匙
清水约 20毫升

制做方法划重点：

先将新鲜青口彻底清洗干净，打开外壳，处理干净内部，只保留一侧外壳，清洗后控水备用

二、准备好配料，切碎炒香备用

三、提前泡软的粉丝铺子盘底，洗净的青口摆盘后淋上准备好的蒜蓉豆豉配料，大火上笼蒸5分钟，淋上葱花上桌

成品特点：

鲜嫩多汁，好吃易做，粉丝也吸足汤汁，超好吃！推荐做为年菜，喜庆受欢迎！
