Key Findings
- During the COVID-19 pandemic, Acuity Insurance and Digital Prospectors top Glassdoor’s list of companies that are highly rated for work-life balance according to U.S.-based employee Glassdoor reviews, with Sprout Social rounding out the top three.
- Of the 20 highest-rated companies for work-life balance, seven are in tech, which is the most represented industry on the list. Other companies that are highly rated for work-life balance span diverse industries, including retail, insurance, finance, real estate and more.
- The percentage of reviews discussing burnout jumped 100 percent during the COVID-19 pandemic, while the proportion of employees mentioning mental health on Glassdoor increased by 143 percent.
