一日三餐,脂肪超了。

过年了,刹不住车的感觉,LOL。今天吃了昨天带爸妈出去吃剩下的咖喱鸡肉和米饭(没吃完),爸爸种的小青菜。

晚上吃的是前天吃火锅剩下的冬瓜和腐竹,三片炸猪排。

教练一看就说脂肪超了。你教练就是你教练。

刚才把明天的午饭都烧好。明天开始重新做人,lol。

从过年到现在,有点三天打鱼的意思。

今天早上做引体向上,然后landmine work out

下班以后上拉伸课,然后上核心课。

上课时候有一个新来的学员,到现在都没有把器材准备好,只能凑合着用。教练看得直叹气。她说,我们做饭做菜,想要有把菜刀切胡萝卜,都不会拿剪刀去凑合。为啥到了做力量训练的时候,就会觉得这个也可以凑合,那个也可以凑合。又好比给娃报名一个什么班,都知道要请好教练,但是自己开始做力量训练,就看看youtube,自己给自己下料。殊不知我们受伤的机率要比娃大的多得多,我们这个年纪有多少条脊椎可以这么瞎搞。听了大家都默默低下头开始反省,哈哈。
