三个鸡蛋配上一碗面， 活成含油量不同的两个面团， 两次对折， 就会做成好看的鸡蛋仔， 炸完酥脆松软， 幸福满满！！外层特别的脆， 里面属于酥软的口感！

 食材

  1. 外层面团 150g 中筋面粉 1 pcs 鸡蛋 20g 白砂糖 20g~35g 牛奶 10g 色拉油
    2. 内层面团 150g 中筋面粉 50g 玉米粉 2 pcs 鸡蛋 40g 白砂糖 35g 色拉油

小贴士

 * 鸡蛋活的面团比较硬一些， 不要用手揉， 视频里面小技巧很好使哦！
 * 炸的时候用小火， 火太大， 外层好了里面还没有熟。 全程小火即可。
 * 室温放置4~5 天也没有问题的 （夏天高温除外）
